Duffy to sign for Pompey
Portsmouth have agreed an undisclosed fee with Swansea for highly-rated youngster Richard Duffy.
The 18-year-old Wales youth international has been attracting plenty of Premiership interest and Swansea have been unable to keep hold of their youngster.
Duffy will arrive at Fratton Park on Monday for a medical.
