Eddie's back with a vengence
Eddie Howe successfuly ploughed through the first half in a Reserve side full of youth and vigour to draw 1-1 with Wimbledon at the National Hockey Stadium at Milton Keynes.
Howe gave a solid and reliable performance alongside Gary Silk in the centre of Pompey's defence with a fine display of stoical tackling. Still in the throws of getting back to full fitness again, the youngster was visably tiring just before half-time prior to his substitution.
