If you are an away travelling fan who has stumbled there way across this site, you may like to spend your time familiarising yourself with your required route which will, hopefully, take you on a trouble free trip to the true 'home of British football' on the wonderful south coast of England.

Be warned parking can be a problem around the ground, therefore I would strongly advise you arrive in good time prior to kick-off to avoid undue frustration and to take advantage of the parking available around many of the side streets sited around the ground. Drive carefully and have a safe journey.

[North]:  Continue on A3(M) to 'end of motorway' signs (following s/p Portsmouth, S********** M27). The road bends sharply to the right and joins the A27. Exit A27 after 0.7 miles (s/p Milton, Eastney, Southsea) onto the A2030. At the roundabout turn left (s/p Milton, Eastney, Southsea) onto the A2030. (*)Straight on for 3.0 miles to roundabout by ground - the floodlights are clearly visible along the route.

[West]:  Continue to the end of M27, and take next exit (s/p) Southsea A2030. At roundabout turn right (3rd exit, s/p Milton, Eastney, Southsea) onto the A2030. Then as from North(*).

[East]:  Continue on A27 past junction with A3(M). Take next exit (s/p Southsea A2030). At roundabout turn left (s/p Milton, Eastney, Southsea) onto the A2030. Then as from North(*).

[From Fratton Railway Station]:  0.6 miles. By taxi: £2.50ish. By Bus: Nos. 13 and 18 run along Goldsmith Avenue and are very regular. By foot: Walk up to the footbridge and turn left. At the main road turn left. After 0.5 miles take the 3rd residential road on the left (Apsley Road), the away turnstiles are situated directly over from the crossroads.
